- Maintenance
Water softener required a regular maintenance to maintain the effective water filtration result. The material used is the salt tablet for water softener, the consumption is one bag every month and one bag is 10kgs. - Installation
User must check the electricity and piping before installing. A socket and drain pipe is required for installation. - Not suitable for direct drinking
Water that filter through water softener is not suitable for direct drinking, the water is suitable for household use only. This is because it removes and reduces calcium and magnesium ions in water only. Impurities and heavy metals in the water are not removed, and the water is not dechlorinate. A reverse osmosis (RO) water purification system is strongly recommended to guarantee the quality of drinking water.
