RO water filter replacement & Troubleshooting

Filter replacement cycle

All RO reverse osmosis or filter equipment must be replaced regularly. Water filter has no filtering function after using for a long time. It will adversely affect the water quality and damage the accessories of the machine.
Aqua-Win provides the picture below for reference.

Effects when water purifier filter is not replaced
•PP sediment filter/ grain carbon filter /carbon block filter
The filter will be blocked and increased pressure of the pump. This will reduce the service life and causes bad filtration result.
•RO membrane
Causes blockage of RO membrane and increasing the pressure of the motor, this will shorten the service life, slow down water flow and damage the RO membrane.
•Post carbon filter
It will affect the taste of the drinking water and reduce the filtration effect. The water is not safe to be drink directly if filter had not been changed for long time.

Steps for replacing water filter

Aqua-Win has special design Twist-In Type Cartridges that do not need tools when replacing filters.

Above is the method for filter replacement, there are many details to be pay attention after filters are replaced. For example, connector/fittings did not close tightly, waterstop tape did not seal properly, pe pipe did not fully inserted, etc..
